🏠 Owner Responsibilities: The owner must provide electricity, lights, and water. All movable objects must be removed from the area prior to our crew's arrival. Colorado Springs Garage Floors accepts no responsibility for damaged or missing items moved at the owner's request.
🛠️ Hand-Crafted Disclaimer: Our floor systems are handcrafted on-site, not pre-manufactured. Every installation is unique; therefore, we do not guarantee 100% consistency in color, texture, or mottling across the surface or in corners.
❄️ Weather & Maintenance: Note that snow-melting products (salts) and heavy tool drops can damage your coating, just as they do bare concrete. Exterior warranties are limited due to Colorado's extreme climate.
💰 Payments: A 50% down payment is required to schedule your project and secure your materials and install date.

Does the warranty cover salt damage?
While our Polyaspartic is resistant to road salt, we recommend rinsing your floor during winter months. Any snow-melting products left to sit for extended periods can eventually harm even the toughest coatings, just as they do concrete.
Is the warranty transferable?
Our residential lifetime warranty is designed to protect the original installation. It does not transfer to a new homeowner. For warranty questions, contact our office at 719-359-7312.
What does the cabinet warranty cover?
Garage cabinets installed by Colorado Springs Garage Floors carry a 10-year cabinet and hardware warranty against defects in material and workmanship, starting on the date of installation. Hinges and drawer glides are covered. Report any defect within 30 days of finding it by calling our office at 719-359-7312.
How do I clean my garage cabinets?
Wipe off dust with a dry cloth, spray with glass cleaner, then wipe again with a microfiber cloth. The same routine works on the laminate countertops. Full instructions are in the Cabinet Care Guide above.
How do I care for a butcher block countertop?
Wipe up spills right away and don't let water sit on the surface. Use a pad under anything hot, and clean with a soft cloth and warm water. Never use concentrated detergents or anything that contains bleach.
