50% down payment is required to schedule and secure products, tools and supplies.

ACI Guidelines 320.1R.96 will be recognized and followed in all projects.

Moveable objects will be removed by the owner from the area on scheduled start prior to crew arriving on site.  Upon request by the owner to move items: Colorado Springs Garage Floors accepts no responsibility for damaged or missing items.

Owner must provide electricity, lights and water for project.  If these are not available, please discuss with us beforehand.

Decorative systems and the process we use to apply our product is handcrafted and not pre-manufactured therefore every system installation is unique and will represent its own set of installation variables.

Colorado Springs Garage Floors does not guarantee the consistency, color, texture, or color variations of the system. These systems may NOT be completely uniform throughout the surface, along edges, in corners or underneath objects. The final outcome of these floor systems may give an assortment of colors, mottling effects, and blemishes such as install lines and cracks in the floor.  Solid systems will cover all natural and existing items in the concrete but will be visible.

Our floor coating products can help cover some imperfections in the concrete, but they cannot always hide the flaws left in your existing concrete. In some cases, the damage may be too severe to be completely hidden by our floor coating products. 

Slide-Lok provides a Fifteen (15) year warranty per manufacturers’ published guidelines of the product.  Complete Warranty information is above.

Colorado Springs Garage Floors reserves the right to additional time to complete the project if needed.

Please note – Any snow-melting products will harm your new flooring, just as it does concrete.

Also the use of heavy tools or dropping heaving items can remove our coating.
