Team Lead / Lead Garage Floor Coating Installer

This is a working lead position for someone with hands-on experience, leadership ability, and strong communication skills. The Team Lead helps manage the job site, leads the crew, communicates with customers, helps maintain job quality, documents work with pictures, and performs installation work alongside the team.

Garage Floor Coating Installer

This is a hands-on installation position for someone who is dependable, teachable, and willing to learn. Experience is helpful, but not required for the right person. Installers help prep concrete, apply polyaspartic floor coatings, broadcast flake, assist with cleanup, and help install garage cabinets and garage storage solutions.

  • Safe operation of industrial diamond-bit grinders and HEPA vacuums.
  • Meticulous surface preparation: removing form nails and repairing cracks.
  • Precision application of 3-coat polyaspartic systems and decorative flake.
  • Maintaining a clean, professional job site, tools, equipment and company trailer.
  • Assisting with garage cabinet and garage storage solution installation as needed.
  • Providing 5-star customer service as the face of the company.
Applies to Both Openings These general responsibilities and requirements apply to both the Garage Floor Coating Installer and Team Lead positions. The Team Lead position also includes additional leadership, customer communication, and job site management responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform active manual labor throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working on knees with pads for detail work.
  • Stamina for full days of active, manual labor.
  • Ability to handle Colorado weather conditions.

Real Job-Site Work

This role involves hands-on concrete preparation, careful sanding and grinding, cleanup, and detail work before the final garage floor coating system is installed.

Work Schedule & Pay

These are part-time to full-time positions without guaranteed hours. Hours vary by job schedule and season. We are typically busier during good weather and may slow down during the winter months. Pay is based on position, experience, reliability, skill level, and job performance.
