Here is the recipe for Ribs – Smoked and BBQ’d:

The initial rub:

Ribs – Smoked and BBQ’d with my Komoda Joe

  • ➤ Pepper (1 teaspoon per rack)
  • ➤ Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon per rack)
  • ➤ Kosher Salt (.5 teaspoon per rack)
  • ➤ Lowry’s Season Salt (.5 teaspoon per rack)

Smoke for 3 hours at 225 degrees indirect heat with a chunk of apple wood and take off the smoker

In the Wrap:

  • ➤ Butter – 5 tbsp per rack – put on the foil – see photos above
  • ➤ Brown Sugar 1/8 Cup per rack,
  • ➤ Honey – I never measure, just do what you think looks good
Ribs should be placed meat-side down on the grill

Cook for 2 hours at 225 degrees indirect with the chunk of apple wood:

Open – turn over – Sauce with your favorite BBQ Sauce.
Cook for 1/2 to 1 hour more.
