Ribs – Smoked and BBQ’d – a delicious combination
Ribs from Costco - they have good quality meat.
Put on the inital rub - pepper, garlic powder, kosher salt, and Lowry's Season Salt
Smoke the ribs for 3 hours, 225 degrees, indirect heat with a chunk of apple wood, then pull out of the smoker
Put the butter, brown sugar, and honey, on the foil. Put the ribs meat side down and wrap.
Wrapped and ready for the grill.
Cook for 2 hours, meat side down, 225 degrees, indirect heat, with the chunk of apple wood, then turn over and sauce with your favorite BBQ sauce. Cook for another 1/2 to 1 hour
Yum!
