Steven Allen isn't your typical flooring contractor. After earning his Master’s Degree from Sacramento State and building a career in the high-stakes corporate world, Steve moved to Colorado Springs in the late 90s with a mission: to bring a corporate level of professional standard to the local service industry.
For over 16 years, Steve has specialized in the science of concrete resurfacing. He realized early on that a lifetime floor isn't just about the coating—it’s about the chemistry and the preparation. Today, he leads a family-owned team that treats every residential garage with the industrial precision of a high-traffic warehouse.

You will be working with the specialists you see on this page. Our team—led by Steve, Andrew, and Noah—are our own trained employees, not random day laborers or subcontractors.
