This project holds special meaning for us—it’s our own home here in Sagewood Briargate, in Colorado Springs. As the owners of Colorado Springs Garage Floors, we wanted to showcase the same level of quality and craftsmanship in our personal space that we provide for every client.

For our basement, we chose the Bluestone Polished Collection, blending durability with a sleek, modern aesthetic.

Our Polished Collection is designed to deliver the look and feel of polished concrete while offering the protective performance of polyaspartic technology. Unlike traditional polished concrete, which can be porous and prone to wear, our system uses a carefully applied multi-coat process that results in a smooth, low-sheen finish with outstanding resistance to stains, moisture, and everyday wear and tear. It’s ideal for basements, utility rooms, and living spaces where both beauty and functionality are essential.

Choosing Bluestone gave us a neutral, sophisticated tone that enhances the natural light in our basement and pairs beautifully with a variety of design elements in the room.

As with every floor we install, we began with proper surface prep using diamond bit grinding (see videos below), followed by a detailed application process to ensure longevity and ease of maintenance. We’re proud to live with what we sell—and we’re confident you’ll love it too.
