Colorado's Toughest 3-Coat
Polyaspartic Garage Floors
Explore our recent garage floor coating and custom storage projects across Colorado Springs. Since the late 1990s, the Allen family has been transforming residential and commercial floors throughout the Pikes Peak region. We do not use epoxy, and we do not cut corners with 1-day installations. Every Colorado Springs garage floor we install features a true 3-coat polyaspartic system, starting with rigorous diamond-bit grinding for maximum adhesion. This ensures your floor is immune to hot tire pickup, chemical spills, and the extreme UV exposure of the Front Range. Backed by a Lifetime Warranty, our floors offer unmatched durability and beauty. Colorado Springs Garage Floors has been installing professional polyaspartic floor coatings throughout the Pikes Peak region for 16 years. We use a true 3-coat, 100% polyaspartic system on every residential and commercial project: a polyaspartic base coat for maximum concrete adhesion, a second polyaspartic coat with a full decorative flake broadcast, and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that seals and protects the system for life. All three coats use the same Slide-Lok polyaspartic chemistry — not a cheap base with a polyaspartic finish on top. That distinction is what separates a floor that lasts from one that doesn’t.
Every installation begins with diamond-bit concrete grinding — the professional standard for surface preparation that opens the concrete’s pores and creates a mechanical bond no acid-etched or DIY system can match. We repair cracks and spalls before the first coat goes down, so the finished floor is seamless, smooth, and protected against moisture intrusion from day one. The result is a floor that is four times more abrasion-resistant than epoxy, 100% UV stable, and built to handle Colorado’s freeze-thaw cycles, road salt, hot tires, and chemical spills without peeling, yellowing, or delaminating.
Every residential installation is backed by a lifetime warranty against peeling and delamination. This is not a coating job. It is a permanent investment in one of the hardest-working spaces in your home, installed by a local, family-owned team that has completed over 1,000 floors across Colorado and the surrounding region.
