First of all, don’t forget to take your turkey out of the freezer to defrost a few days ahead of time. That is the important first step!
Steve has been smoking the family turkey dinner each year for quite some time. He has tried different methods and recipes. Below is the one that he is using now. He is using the below Brine recipe and also he is going to use this method – Spatchcock the Turkey.
It is also fun and delicious to make your side dishes on the grill. One of our family favorites is our smoked mac and cheese.

Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese
Optionally you can add Bacon Bits or chopped bacon to the Mac and Cheese, because what isn’t better with bacon!
