How long does a garage floor coating take to install?
Most garage floors can be completed in as little as one day, depending on the size of the space and the weather conditions. Our crew arrives in the morning, performs diamond bit grinding to properly prepare the concrete, installs our 3-coat polyaspartic system, and lets it cure.
Is polyaspartic better than epoxy?
Polyaspartic is considered better than epoxy because it cures faster, is more flexible, and offers stronger resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and hot-tire pickup.
Epoxy can yellow, fade, or become brittle over time, especially in Colorado’s sunlight and temperature swings, while polyaspartic remains clear and durable.
A properly installed 3-coat polyaspartic system also bonds more effectively when paired with diamond bit grinding, creating a longer-lasting, more reliable garage floor coating.
How much does a garage floor coating cost?

Will it yellow or peel?

What’s the warranty?

How long before I can walk or drive on it?
- 6 hours after the crew walks off the floor, you can walk on it, just touch it to make sure it is not tacky before doing so. Also make sure your shoes are clean please as it will track in debris
- 48 hours after the crew walks off the floor, you can start driving on it
- The only time this can be longer is if the weather is below freezing, please give an additional 24 hours.
