The broadcast quartz aggregate helps reduce slips in wet conditions from rain or snow, and the fine, even profile strikes a balance between grip and comfort for bare feet. It’s also highly wear resistant, standing up to patio furniture, foot traffic, and the grit Colorado winds can carry across the surface.

Capped with a polyaspartic topcoat, the system delivers long-term protection and easy maintenance. Polyaspartic is UV-stable, so it resists yellowing in Colorado’s high-altitude sun, and it seals the surface against stains from spills, barbecue grease, and tracked-in dirt. The dense, non-porous finish cleans up with a quick rinse and mild soap, and it holds strong through freeze–thaw cycles, helping protect the concrete beneath.
