Residential Polyaspartic Floor Coating
Superior to Epoxy. Engineered for the Front Range.
At Colorado Springs Garage Floors, we don’t just "paint" your concrete. We transform it with an industrial-grade, 3-layer Polyaspartic system that is 4x more durable than standard epoxy and 100% UV stable.
Polyaspartic vs. Epoxy: The Truth
Why settle for a coating that will yellow and peel in 2 years? Watch our deep dive into why Polyaspartic is the only choice for Colorado homeowners.
The Colorado Springs Garage Floors Standard
1. Diamond Grinding
We never use acid etching. Our industrial diamond grinders open the pores of your concrete to ensure a permanent mechanical bond.
2. Three-Coat Build
We install a Primer coat, a Color/Flake coat, and a Heavy Topcoat—all using Polyaspartic resin. We do not count the flake as a coat.
3. Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind our residential installs with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against peeling and delamination. Built to last 16+ years.

Our Focus: Quality Over Speed
With over 16 years of local experience, our focus hasn't changed: we treat every floor as if it were our own. While many companies focus on "one-day" volume, we focus on Diamond Grinding prep and a true 3-coat build.
Durability & Performance
Will my new floor be slippery?
Our decorative flake system naturally provides texture and slip resistance. While any wet surface can be slick, our Polyaspartic finish is far safer and more practical than bare, dusty concrete or smooth epoxy.
Does it resist road salt and chemicals?
Absolutely. Polyaspartic is non-porous and highly resistant to magnesium chloride (road salt), oil, gas, and even brake fluid. This is why it's the gold standard for Colorado garages.
Will it yellow in the sunlight?
No. Unlike epoxy, our Polyaspartic topcoat is 100% UV stable. It will not "amber," yellow, or chalk, even if your garage door is left open or it's installed on an outdoor patio.
Installation & Logistics
How long does the installation take?
Most residential garages are completed in 1 to 2 days. Our crews are efficient, but we never skip the critical diamond-grinding prep phase.
What about cracks and pits in my concrete?
As part of our prep process, we repair cracks and pitted areas using industrial-grade fillers before applying the primer. This ensures a smooth, seamless finish.
Do I need to empty my garage?
Yes, the floor needs to be completely clear of all items. We recommend renting a small mobile storage unit or using your driveway if the weather is clear.
Warranty & Value
What is the warranty?
We offer a Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty against peeling and delamination. Because we diamond-grind and use a 3-coat system, we are confident your floor will last as long as you own the home.
Does it add value to my home?
Yes. A finished garage floor is a massive selling point in Colorado. It creates an "outdoor/indoor" living space and proves the home has been well-maintained.
