Job Responsibilities & Skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Safe operation of industrial diamond-bit grinders and HEPA vacuums.
- Meticulous surface preparation: removing form nails and repairing cracks.
- Precision application of 3-coat polyaspartic systems and decorative flake.
- Maintaining a clean, professional job site and company vehicle.
- Providing 5-star customer service as the face of the company.
Candidate Requirements
Character & Professionalism
- Extreme Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable.
- Attention to Detail: You care about the edges and the finish.
- Teachable Spirit: Willing to learn our specific technical process.
- Clean Cut: Professional appearance and demeanor in high-end homes.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working on knees (with pads) for detail work.
- Stamina for full days of active, manual labor.
- Ability to handle Colorado weather conditions.
